- To ensure a smooth Invoice account opening process and meet the minimum requirements of each platform, BC’s technical team will provide you with basic information related to Domains, Fanpages, YouTube channels, TikTok shops, etc.
- Please carefully review the requirements/conditions corresponding to the platform for which you are registering to open an account. Additionally, make necessary edits or additions to ensure that your Domain, Fanpage, YouTube channel, TikTok channel, etc., meet the standards before registering. This is a crucial step that determines 80% of the likelihood of obtaining an Invoice account as well as the account opening timeline. Therefore, please take this seriously!

Facebook Ads Account
1. Domain Requirements
1.1. Content on page
✦ Website/Homepage must have an interface like an e-commerce page, both desktop and mobile interface.
✦ There are at least 6-8 products with clear pictures and prices, click on the product and have to be moved to another page/landing page that sells those products. At least 3 images of the product on the landing page.
✦ There is an obvious menu with no duplicate content, no inaccessible or empty categories/ products (have content in the link).
✦ Require create links (create events) for all categories of email, website, phone number, policy, company introduction.
✦ Do not use pop up templates that automatically turn on, discount exceeding 50%, countdown, buy 1 get 1 free, the first 50-100 customers because it will be evaluated as false advertising.
✦ Website must meet security standards with SSL certificate (https://…)

2. Fanpage Requirements
2.1. Before having an account
✦ Should use an old Fanpage in order to be surely approved. 3 different pages.
✦ Display “Global” during review and then customize after being issued an account later.
✦ The page introduction must be fully updated with basic information: Description, website, email domain (these information must match the information on the registration website).
✦ There are at least 5 sales posts that match the products they sell on the website. Post content cannot be the same between pages.
✦ The page name and URL page must contain and match the domain name. Besides, you can add more information as you want.

✦ Avatar and cover page must be related to the product, service that is about to be advertised.
✦ Fanpage must be regularly taken care (post to share about products and services, replying to all comments and inboxes of customers to Facebook not judge badly).
2.2. After having an account
✦ Rep all messages sent to Fanpage.
✦ Rep all comments in posts posted on Fanpage.
✦ It takes about 2 to 3 days to post a sharing and interactive post. Posting only posts used to run ads without sharing or interacting can also lead to the risk of dying the page.
✦ Running 1 page on too many types of accounts easily leads to the risk of dead page.
3. Content Requirements
✦ The content on website and fan pages have to ensure to follow the Facebook’s policies (https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads).
✦ At the present, please don’t use emojis, icons, special characters, shortened links in the content posts, images and videos must be clear and sharp. Don’t cover up to avoid censorship from FB, especially don’t violate Facebook ad policies.
✦ The agency will support editing the content to propo the policy when implementing specifically for each content.
Google Ads Account

1.1. Content on page

2. Youtube Requirements
✦ The Youtube channel used to register a new account must be a new channel that has never been associated with any ad accounts.
✦ The YouTube channel needs to make the videos public, these videos have never been used to run on suspended accounts before.
✦ Avoid posting and using videos containing logos, images, news of major TV stations and programs such as Daily news and current affairs.
✦ Limit the use of videos with negative content, mentioning many diseases and consequences, with a lot of content that is committed, affirming the effects of the product.
TikTok Ads Account

2. TikTok Channel Requirements
✦ Products/services running ads on TikTok channel must be on the website. In case customers run many types of products, they need to ensure that the products are in the same niche / field and are not in the restricted product list of TikTok.
3. TikTok Shop Requirements
✦ TikTok Shop channel must have at least 1 product and be posted according to TikTok Shop regulations.
✦ Must be a new TikTok Shop channel, has not been linked to any Invoice account before and has not had any violations.
4. Promotional Video Requirements
✦ Captions/advertisement text must not contain spelling or grammar errors that cause an undesirable user experience, or use incorrect symbols such as: capitalization, spacing, numbers, symbols, or punctuation within words.
✦ Ad images must not be obscured in any way, and must not display incomplete or hard-to-read text.
✦ Image/video quality must be high-resolution.
✦ The duration of the video advertisement must be a minimum of 5 seconds and a maximum of 60 seconds on TikTok. Standard video sizes:
– Vertical (9:16)
– Square (1:1)
– Horizontal (16:9)
✦ Advertisements must have sound and must not use low-quality, muffled, or unclear audio.
✦ Advertisements must not include static images or banners covering more than 50% of the video size.

2. Notes when receiving an account
✦ Using VPS to log in email, Youtube and GG ad accounts. VPS has never been used to log in violating accounts in order to isolate the system and limit the “Avoid system” error.
✦ When receiving a new account, set the campaign budget no more than $100, once the campaign has been spent, you can set up the next campaigns.
✦ Editing content, do not use heavily used content in violating old ad accounts, change all materials such as videos, content domains… to avoid duplication rate greater than 90%.
✦ Limit the use of deeply violating content policies.
✦ Image/video quality must be high-resolution.
